| What type of payments do you accept? |
| - We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

| Do you Personalize or Monogram any of your product? |
- Yes. Under the item description, it will tell if personalizing or monogramming is available on that item. Upon checkout, you will be able to pick your letters. Up to 10 letters your cost will be $6.95. However, you are able to add additional letters with a minimal cost. We are also happy to monogram large group orders (soroities, dance teams, etc.) in which you will receive a volume discount. Please allow an additional 2 days for monogramming.
Any item personalized or monogrammed can not be returned for a credit.

| How do you ship? |
- We ship UPS ground, or USPS or FedX unless you have made other arrangements that we have accepted. Once your order leaves our warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for receipt. Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has shipped. Your shipping costs will be calculated at check out.
We also ship OVERNIGHT. There is an additional charge for any overnight shipping. However, if you have requested monogramming, the 2 day additional time will still apply.
Most all orders will leave our warehouse within 24 hours. If you order is placed on the weekend, your order will normally ship on Monday.

| Do you drop ship? |
| - Yes we do. Additional time might be needed for drop shipments. Please email us at sales@everythingsoperfect.com to find out if additional time might be needed.

| Do you ship internationally? |
| - If you would like international shipment, you must e-mail us at sales@everythingsoperfect.com for a shipping quote. All International customers are responsible for customs, duties and taxes. We will not pay for a package to be returned in case of nonpayment of international charges; therefore, a credit will not be issued. Shipping rates quoted on our website are only for the continental US. Any order over $100, a signature will be required. We do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen shipments or carrier’s wrong deliveries.

| Do you have any FREE shipping? |
| - Yes, for all orders over $100, you will receive free shipping. This only applies for any orders shipping to a destination in the Continental US. This offer is not for any international shipments. We will use the cheapest rate available for the FREE shipping offer. Sometimes, additional time might be needed. However, if this occurs you will be notified by email.

| What type of product do you have? |
| - We have baby gifts, newborn baby gifts, Stephen Joseph quilted backpacks, snack sacs, buddy bags, bibs, booties. We have so many items to choose from for your Toddler, Happy Birthdays, frames, coin purses and dance/ballet quilted back packs. For Mother and Grandmother we have those special gifts for Valentine's Day, Mother’s Day, and Thank you. Our wedding area is complete with cake servers, bride pillows, Shower gifts, ring bearer, Flower Girls, bride-to-be special gifts, Maid of Honor gifts, Matron of Honor gifts, Heart shaped accessories and most importantly The Beverly Clark® collection. Sororities have everything to choose from including Sister gifts, Monogrammed and personalized for your own sorority accessories. Finally, we will always have a special section for the upcoming Holiday, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, 4th of July, Graduation, Back to School, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. We are also in the process of working on a fabulous section just for Father’s Day.

| Return Policy |
| - If you have a situation with your item, by all means please either call or email us. Returns must occur within 30 days of receipt of item. You will need any authorization code from Everything So Perfect in order to return an item. We will send a pre-addressed package for your item. All you will need to do is drop it off at your nearest UPS drop off site. We will not give refund for any item that the tags are not attached, any item that has been worn or washed or clearly abused in any way. Any item that has been personalize cannot be returned. If an item does not fit, we will be happy to exchange the item or give you a refund. If an item is defective, it must be returned to us, and you have the option for an exchange or a refund. If you have received FREE shipping and upon return of an item allows your order to fall below the minimum for FREE shipping, then you will be given a refund for the item, minus the cost of shipping.
